We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Senior Program Analyst to work out of the Pentagon. 

Responsibilities

  • LCS program knowledge and support

  • MILCON and LCS homeporting support

  • Increasing role in maintenance and modernization of the growing LCS fleet

  • Additional duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience in performing operational functions, in addition to applying mission associated engineering analysis, concepts, policies, requirements processes, and program guidance

Desired Skills:

  • Ability and experience to work autonomously given broad tasking and interface directly with PMS 420 and 501, 505 in PEO LCS to fully understand LCS Fleet introduction and sustainment issues and options while representing N96E

  • Able to independently generate briefs, issue papers and other work products on program issues for Flag-level or Congressional audience.

  • Experience includes regular interactions with senior leadership internal and external to affiliated organization

  • Expert level JCIDS and PPBE support to include generating requirements documents and budgeting issue papers while also providing test and evaluation oversight

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in schedule and performance/technical aspects of current, future, and interrelated programs

  • Existing extensive knowledge of the LCS and Frigate programs including performance, cost, schedule and technical issues and shall display expert level of understanding of program requirements 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
