    We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Program Analyst, Senior to work out of Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required. This role is contigent upon proposal.


    The Program Analyst, Senior will assist the Project Manager Distributed Common Grounds Systems-Army (PM DCGS-A).

    • Conducts technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
    • Presentation and briefing skills to senior level managers required.
    • Additional duties as assigned


    Required Skills:

    • A minimum 12 years experience managing government programs is required of which 1 year must be supervisory.
    • 4 additional years of related experience will substitute for bachelors degree.

    Desired Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
    • Experience distributing documentation and presentations to senior level management
    • Manage project to completion with detailed analysis
    • Evaluate production and ensure compliance of project 

    Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Business or Accounting 

    Clearance: Secret
