    We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Executive Program Analyst to work out of the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.This role is contigent upon proposal.

    Responsibilities

    The Executive Program Analyst will assist the Project Manager Distributed Common Grounds Systems-Army (PM DCGS-A).

    • Technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade- off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development
    • Communicates well
    • Presentation and briefing skills to top level managers required.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills:

    • A minimum 20 years experience managing government programs is required of which 1 year must be supervisory.
    • 4 additional years of related experience will substitute for bachelors degree.

    Desired Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
    • Providing financial/technical expertise in the material acquisition process
    • Knowledge of R-2 Forms; P Forms
    • Preparation of Congressional Staff briefs and Congressional Staff information papers
    • Submission of the Operation Budget; support of POM submission; preparation of CBJB
    • Experience with daily coordination on status of funds with the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology ASA (ALT), Department of the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations (DA CSOPS) and the PMO.

    Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Business or Accounting 

    Clearance: Top Secret/SCI
