    We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Program Manager to work out of Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required. This role is contigent upon proposal. 

    Responsibilities

    The Program Manager will assist the Project Manager Distributed Common Grounds Systems-Army (PM DCGS-A).

    • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities
    • Interface with government personnel
    • Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.
    • Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates
    • Manage logistics support analysis for military systems
    • Manage systems safety studies
    • Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.
    • Additional duties as assigned

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    Required Skills:

    • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in design and development
    • 5 years management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development
    • 5 years systems analysis

    Desired Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
    • Contract support experience
    • Ability to communicate clearly with government officials
    • Systems analysis proficiency 
    • Organize, coordinate, and control all activities to ensure compliance with contract performance, cost and schedule requirements
    • Monitor the progress of all work performed and costs incurred under this task order. 

    Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Business or Accounting 

    Clearance: Secret
