    USfalcon, recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a Program Analysts - DODAF to support AFSPC/A5 at Peterson AFB CO.


    SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to support command headquarters level senior program analyst in planning, organizing, and determining necessary Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) products and documents. This is for several levels of organization including, but not limited to individual program acquisition, mission level and enterprise level. The location of this position is HQ AFSPC/A5C, Peterson AFB, CO.


    • Design and conduct comprehensive studies, and developing solutions to broad, important, and severe command operational and contingency areas.
    • Plan, organize, and develop studies or projects, and to negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations, where the proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures.
    • Additional duties as assigned.


    Required Skills:

    • A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience to include: experience developing space operations mission area architecture IAW DoDAF guidance.


    Desired Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
    • Expert knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of critical command plans and programs for participating in or conducting major operations such as Space Situational Awareness & Command and Control; Space Protection and associated mission and flight operations, tactical space life, deployment, mobilization, exercise, training systems foreign military sales. Planning. Programming & Budgeting System (PPBE), acquisition, special operations, or similar operations.
    • Knowledge of military command structure, missions, programs, and organizational relationships and program goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of key operational events and milestones, and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of planning actions as related to actual events.
    • Knowledge of the various command entities involved in overall planning and execution of operations and evaluations.
    • Previous SAP experience is desired


    Education: Master’s degree in a technical related field, from an accredited institution



    Clearance: Active Final Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.
