    USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor to work at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

    Responsibilities

    The Senior Strategic Adviser shall provide programmatic, technical and analytical support to the PEO HQ and subordinate PMs in support of program strategic planning and long term strategy planning. Assisting in the development, execution and implementation of strategic plans for current and future programs shall consist of performing the following functions:

    • Providing advice and recommendations for developing a comprehensive overarching representation of a strategic planning process that depicts dependencies, a schedule of drivers or decision points and high level data flows and relationships.
    • Providing independent assessment/feasibility studies of each new or modified technical and acquisition policy as it relates to PEO programs and procedures.
    • Assisting in developing strategic communication strategies and marketing for employees, supervisors, customers and stakeholders.
    • Prepare, review and update documentation and communication materials, including briefings, talking points, decision memoranda, white papers, emails and web site contents.
    • Providing strategic recommendations and executive consulting on high level functional system analysis, design, integration, documentation, training and implementation on complex problems.
    • Providing recommendations for developing and/or maintaining strategic acquisition management documentation required by DoDI 5000.2, DoDI 5000.2M, and AR 70-1.
    • Additional duties as assigned

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    Required Skills:

    • A minimum of 30 years experience

    Desired Skills:

    • Provide advice and recommendations for developing a comprehensive overarching representation of a strategic planning process that depicts dependencies, a schedule of drivers or decision points and high level data flows and relationships.
    • Provide independent assessment/feasibility studies of each new or modified technical and acquisition policy as it relates to PEO programs and procedures.
    • Assist in developing communication strategies and marketing.
    • Provide recommendations and general consulting on high level functional system analysis, design, integration, documentation, training and implementation on complex problems.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)

    Education: Master Degree in Business or Science from an accredited university

      

    Clearance: Secret
