    USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a Data Integration Test Analyst IV to work at Schriever AFB, CO.


    The Data Integration Test Analyst will develop and apply data integration techniques as well as other methods to develop and interpret information that assists data collection, data reduction, and data analysis for operational test related analysis functions. Assist with development of tool interfaces capable of ingesting data from different platforms for the purpose of data comparison and analysis. Assist with creation of test tools to perform data conversion and reduce data reduction timelines to speed data analysis and reporting. Frequently concentrates on analyzing data as well as defining data requirements. Assist with recommending security measures to evaluate network safety and stay up-to-date by conducting research on the latest issues within the cybersecurity community. May work with local cyber team to develop individualized plans for specific test needs with respect to cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

    • CONUS travel may be required
    • Develop test approach with the intent of performing statistical analysis to evaluate system performance. Assist with developing test design using a hierarchical structure consisting of Critical Operational Issues, Objectives, Measures of Effectiveness and Suitability, and Measures of Performance.
    • Provide test support through development of documentation including; Test Plan, Data Management and Analysis Plan, Test Execution Procedures, Test Reports, Detailed Analysis Reports, and operator surveys.
    • Direct data collection activities and verify all test objectives are completed.
    • Evaluate data and assess system performance using validated truth data and assist in developing test tools during test planning.
    • Conduct detailed statistical analysis on the operational data using software tools to characterize data and identify trends.
    • Collect and analyze maintenance data to determine system reliability, availability, and maintainability in support of the evaluation of suitability.
    • Analyze surveys provided to system operators and maintainers to evaluate acceptability of human factors, documentation, training, safety, and other areas as applicable.
    • Create technical reports and presentations to accurately describe system problems, analysis techniques, and support measure ratings.
    • Support the development, review, and coordination of test reporting documents and test report briefings; present the evaluation results to the 17 TS for approval; and ensure all documents and briefings comply with AFI, ACC, and AFSPCI direction.
    • Assist other Test analysts with post-test data analysis by ensuring proper analysis techniques are applied.
    • Review system Cyber security and requirements documentation and clarify, as required, to assist with development of Cyber test strategy.




    Required Skills:


    • A minimum of seven (7) years of technical experience in an analytical field..
    • An additional six (6) years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted in lieu of degree, for a total of fourteen (14) years.

    Desired Skills:


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook)
    • Proficient in using software tools to analyze raw data and identify system performance (e.g., MATLAB, Python, JMP, Design Expert, etc.).
    • Understanding of Design of Experiments fundamentals and able to apply DOE principles to test planning and post-test data analysis methods.
    • Understand how to evaluate common system effectiveness and suitability factors including reliability, maintainability, and availability.
    • Possess working knowledge of test and evaluation directives.
    • Possess a broad understanding of statics to include: standard metrics, data distributions, data sampling techniques, confidence intervals, and regression test techniques.
    • Able to use software tools to analyze raw data and identify system performance.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).


    Education: Master’s degree in an Engineering or technical field, from an accredited institution


    Clearance: Top Secret/SCI
