    USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Field Operations Divison (FOD) of the United Stated Citizenship and Immigrations Services (USCIS).


    This position is full time and located at USCIS 111 Massachusettes Ave. NW, Washington DC. When applying, please ensure to include your resume, current location and job title. 


    The employee shall provide Administrative Support across mutiple areas including project management, and technical writing (e.g. develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for budget and staffing management tools).

    • This includes but is not limited to researching and compiling information pertaining to certain projects/topics, prepares factual, clear, concise, complete, and appropriately coordinated written communications.
    • Initiat special reports.
    • Compose routine correspondence and compile statistical and budget information.
    • Provide communication with all leveld of DHS personnel to gather and convey information.
    • Ensure leadership is kept informed on all issues of interest that relate to the project. Monitor progress toward accomplishment of various task and initiative.
    • Coordinates, documents, monitors, and supports a variety of meetings and conferences to include, but not limited to, scheduling and set up of physical and virtual meetings.
    • Additional duties as assigned.




    Required Skills:


    • A minimum of four (4) years experience in the respective profession being performed 


    Desired Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Power-Point, Excel, Access, and Outlook)




    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent



    Clearance: MBI or ability to obtain an MBI
