    USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking Senior Scheduler to support the Tanker Directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.



    The Senior Scheduler will provide acquisition program management support for all phases of the acquisition lifecycle commensurate with the Tanker Directorate portfolio and support the development of program requirements documents and produce and/or review products for program office use; provide support for all aspects of program cost, schedule, and performance.


    • CONUS travel may be required
    • Track appropriation and allocation of funds to ensure the efficient obligation and execution of funds and ensure costs and scheduled activities are aligned and tracked to meet program goals
    • Provide expertise to support meetings and provide rapid response acquisition surge support for new start or other identified programs
    • Assist in development of Request for Proposals and participate in Source Selections when appropriate
    • Participate in the planning and supporting of technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, production and sustainment reviews and other meetings as required
    • Track technical, schedule, and cost metrics and report status
    • Organize and assist in managing critical aspects of the development, production, deployment, and sustainment of software capabilities on Acquisition Category programs with the Tanker Directorate portfolio
    • Provide schedule analysis of over searching programs' Integrated Master Schedule with knowledge of OEM-specific scheduling tools
    • Assist with Data Item Descriptions, Contract Data Requirements Lists, data cells, and reviews
    • Knowledgeable of the application of program management initiatives to include purchasing commercial items
    • Additional duties as assigned


    Required Skills:


    • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
    • Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution may be substituted for graduate level education requirement


    Desired Skills:


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
    • Demonstrated government or commercial experience in FAA aircraft certifications, Airworthiness Certification, Supplemental Type Certificate, and commercial derivative type aircraft upgrades

    Education: - Master's degree from an accredited institution
