    USfalcon, Inc. recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a Systems Administrator to work out of Chicago, Illinois.

     

    Responsibilities

     

     

    • Routine system administration tasks
    • Log data in system admin logs
    • Responsible for maintaining system efficiency
    • Windows server and desktop administration
    • Troubleshooting a wide variety of systems and networks to include high volume/high availability systems
    • Number of debugging protocols and processes
    • Troubleshoot problems and issues identified by customers and implement corrective actions quickly
    • Microsoft Active Directory
    • Knowledge of Citrix 7.x environments (XenDesktop and Director) to be able to troubleshoot client-side connectivity
    • Able to triage Microsoft System Center Operations Manager events
    • Tier 2/3 Citrix End User Augmentation Support is the specialized Citrix support needed to handle the next level of triaging after the help desk but before Citrix administrators are engaged

    • CA Service Desk Manager ticketing system
    • ServiceNOW ticketing system
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Skype for Business

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline is required.
    • Eight (8) years of relevant experience may be substituted for education

    Clearance: Must be able to obtain VA Clearance
