USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States is seeking a Space Mission Force (SMF) Operations Analyst IV for the SPACE FLAG (SF)/Advanced Training (AT) team at Schriever AFB, CO.
SUMMARY: SF is a mission planning exercise designed to prepare tactical-level space operators to execute operations in a realistic contested, degraded, and operationally limited (CDO) environment against a thinking and determined adversary. This Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) sponsored exercise focuses exclusively on the space domain, rather providing space services to others. The Operations Analyst will evaluate the operational effectiveness of SF events using analytical tools, standard methods, and techniques to be applied to the development and assessment of past and future SF activities.
The Space Mission Force Liaison Officer will serve as the SPACE FLAG (SF) liaison to the 50 SW in support of SF exercises and unit-level AT events, which will include assisting 50 Operations Group (OG) POCs with developing and planning unit involvement in SF exercises and AT events and assisting 50 OG training audiences in drafting advanced training objectives (TOs) for each SF exercise or AT event.
Education: Bachelor degree in Management, Engineering, Operational Research, Strategic Studies or a space-related field, from an accredited institution.
