    USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a Program Scheduler for our Apache Maintenance Trainer (ATM) Program to work out of Newport News, Virginia.

    Responsibilities

    The Program Scheduler will report to the Program Manager to maintain accurate schedule and provide critical information to the leadership and our customers in support of the Apache Maintenance Trainer (AMT) Program. Prepare and coordinate the plans and schedules for the program.

     

    • Limited CONUS travel may be required
    • Assist the Program Manager in the timely and effective submission of all items of the Supplier Data Requirements List (SDRL)
    • Formulate and recommend corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, and work requirements
    • Develop, maintain and analyze the Program Phasing Schedule
    • Develop the network/integrated work flow of schedule activities to ensure accurate, appropriate, and effective use of engineering technical and other data, including schedule definition, structure, and documentation
    • Perform detailed planning and maintenance throughout the program’s lifecycle that incorporates contractual and programmatic changes to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines
    • Perform detailed analysis of supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper usage of engineering technical and other data for critical path, risk, structure, trend analysis
    • Communicate (electronically and verbally) schedule status including but not limited to, results of critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis (SRA), schedule variance analysis and the results of ‘what if’ exercises to the Program Manager, the customer and potentially to senior management
    • Assists in identifying, assessing, documenting, and managing risks and opportunities and in developing risk mitigation and opportunity capture plans
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Six (6) years of experience in Program Planning & Scheduling.

     

    Desired Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
    • The ability to interface and communicate at all levels of an organization
    • Possess good analytical, presentation and communication skills

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field, from an accredited institution.
