    USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a Materials Manager for our Apache Maintenance Trainer (ATM) Program to work out of Newport News, Virginia.


    • Limited CONUS travel may be required
    • Lead a team 10 to 15 supply technicians, inventory clerks and toolroom attendants supporting our Apache Maintenance Trainer (AMT) Program
    • Responsible for creating and leading the material program strategies and plans and executing the material strategy
    • Accountable for creating a vision around supply chain requirements and process initiatives, driving systemic improvements for material flow and accountability
    • Develop material strategies and preparing and executing Material Program Plans (MPPs)
    • Work closely with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure BOM, SSOWs & Drawings support demand
    • Work closely with Procurement and Subcontract Management to ensure purchase requisitions and POs support Demand
    • Identify and mitigating program risks as they pertain to material requirements through integrated root cause/corrective action
    • Manage material financials and mitigate risks
    • Participate in projects (both Supply Chain and Program) to drive material efficiencies and increase material affordability for the program
    • Additional duties as assigned.


    • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience with a combination of experience in Supply Chain Management, Project,Program, Product, Finance or a business-related field is a requirement.


    Desired Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
    • Demonstrated experience in cost account management, managing budgets, and managing suppliers to aggressive schedules
    • Experience coordinating with Procurement, Subcontract Management, Program Managers, Integrated Product Team Leads and Engineering
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to lead efforts, including budgeting and financial management, issue and conflict resolution.

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Management or similar field, from an accredited institution
