    OVERVIEW:

     

    USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing is seeking a IT Maintenance Specialist to support US Army Cyber Command to work out of Fort Belvoir,VA.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical assistance to computer users.
    • Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically.
    • May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Maintain the sites hardware asset inventory. Support the unit's equipment receipt and control management business process.
    • Document, manage, and maintain the sites hardware baseline. Provide equipment transportation support among all ARCYBER location, warehouses, and DRMO location.
    • Prepare entry/exit forms IAW ARCYBER and/or INSCOM policies.
    • Open trouble tickets for all trouble calls received and process all trouble tickets opened within two (2) business days.
    • Repair system hardware as required to ensure consistent and reliable service availability to the ARCYBER customers.
    • Provide system and application integration support to include planning, designing, testing and implementation of new or existing hardware into the current ARCYBER enterprise network infrastructure.
    • Provide installation and de-installation of supporting hardware including desktop Computers, Communications
    • Closet components and all associated infrastructure supporting the networks in response to automation work requests.
    • Install and de-install hardware and software as required to ensure consistent and reliable service availability to the ARCYBER customers.
    • Load, setup, issue, and recover Laptops, Smart Phones, and other Wireless Devices.
    • Provide testing support to include: quality control and test management (to include developing test methodologies and plans, identifying metrics, conducting tests and tracking of all issues and bugs through resolution before deployment); developing and maintaining test cases as required; developing detailed test plans (to include types of tests, test success criteria as well as resource requirements); submitting documented issue status (including assignment, priority, and resolution); developing and/or identifying appropriate tools, scripts and documentation related to product testing; and conducting tests to accurately determine the status of product development.
    • Provide account administration and maintenance for user accounts and Email accounts.
    • Process requests for user accounts on multiple networked systems as well as standalone systems.
    • Maintain data to ARCYBER databases such as the ARCYBER Emergency Alert System and Enterprise Email Distribution List IAW local TTP.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • Self-motivated and have the ability to perform necessary work without the need for direct supervision.
    • Superior customer service skills, and strong troubleshooting and solving network and server related issues.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).

     

    EDUCATION: Bachelors' degree from an accredited institution or 3 years’ experience can be substituted for education.


    CERTIFICATIONS: CompTIA Security+ Certification.


    CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph Clearance

     

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; SECRET, TS, or TS/SCI clearance is required.
