    RGS, a USfalcon company is seeking a Database Administrator to support of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), which falls under the Dept. of Defense (DoD).  The position provides Database and Application Developer expertise to DPAA as part of it's technical integration and modernization efforts.

    • Serve as SQL Database Administrator (DBA).
    • Responsible for:
      • Database administration;
      • Technical oversight of application programmers;
      • Web administrator’s systems analysis;
      • Application programming;
      • Development.
    • Modify, enhance, and maintain multiple custom databases used in critical operational missions utilizing:
      • PL/SQL;
      • Oracle 11g, 12c
      • Delphi;
      • TOAD;
      • Crystal Reports;
      • RoboHelp.
    • Provide, update, create, and maintain database and document application.
    • Enhance, modify, and maintain installation integration and end user training and support for designed systems.
    • Provide code quality and peer review analysis for developed systems.
    • Support weekly and monthly reporting requirements on all development and maintenance efforts.
    • Manage new requirements and developmental priorities with user representative and product owners.


    Independently capable of executing analytical methods and data manipulation. Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills, adaptable and customer service oriented. Confident with quantitative analytical methods and technologies, including exposure to relational databases. Experience with data manipulation and data visualization using Microsoft SQL Server and ability to write complex SQL queries.

    • Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
    • Teamwork – Is supportive of and collaborates effectively with co-workers to provide high quality outcomes in support of client requirements. Maintains high standards for professional conduct in dealing with co-workers and clients.
    • Minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience.


    Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution


    • IAT II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP) and an OS certification are minimum requirements for this position.

    Clearance: Top Secret, SCI eligibility
